The entry mask of the Microsoft Excel workbooks does not correspond to the print image. To display and print the personnel questionnaire in a form adapted for printing, click on the Print button.

To create an ASCII file (filename extension *.txt), click on the Generate export file for payroll software button. This file can be imported via the master data import interface of Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS.

• To import this file into Lohn und Gehalt at the firm level: Select menu item Extras | Master data import. Subsequently, the corresponding master data import protocol is available at the client level under Client | Output | Protocols. Please note: If the import is rejected with a program message, the reason is also explained in the master data import protocol.
• To import this file into LODAS: Select menu item Client | Transfer data | ASCII import.

A large part of the recorded master data (pdf) (as of 18.02.2021) can be imported into Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS.

The export file (.txt) is not suitable for data exchange between the initial issuer and the processing entity. The reason for this is that not all recorded information is included in the file. To avoid queries and loss of information, please also submit the completely filled-out personnel questionnaire.
