Ara Warto has been an attorney at mainfort since 2022. He possesses extensive expertise in commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate and contract law (Corporate & Contracts). Furthermore, he is active in litigation and represents companies in commercial law disputes as well as private individuals, both out of court and in court.
Ara Warto has been closely associated with the mainfort law firm since the beginning of his legal career. Already during his studies, he worked in a legal capacity at both Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and the mainfort law firm. In this position, he gained valuable early insights into legal practice and took on responsibility in demanding mandates.
He remained professionally connected to mainfort during his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Under the guidance and in close cooperation with renowned attorneys of the firm, including Dr. Andreas Striegel, Dr. Klaus U. Eyber, Dr. Andreas Knebel, Heiner Neuhaus, and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Voß, he deepened his practical skills and further expanded his legal knowledge.
Following the successful completion of his 2nd State Examination in Law in 2022, Ara Warto commenced his work as an attorney at mainfort.
