On April 24, 2023, the Rheinhessen Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Mainz and mainfort jointly held a webinar event. Among other things, it addressed questions of contract drafting in an international context, and particularly how claims of medium-sized companies can be enforced internationally. Our mainfort partner Dr. Stephan Ebner, as a speaker, focused on the legal systems in the USA, China, and India. The audience for the 90-minute event was diverse, with representatives from mechanical engineering and trading companies particularly present.

The next lecture dates will take place in cooperation with the Aachen Chamber of Industry and Commerce in June 2023 (employee secondment to the UK), and with the Rhein-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce in July 2023 (US product liability law). Naturally, we do not lecture exclusively for Chambers of Industry and Commerce, but also in cooperation with various associations and institutions. Highly valued by our clientele are also mainfort “in-house seminars,” which are regularly booked by companies. Within the scope of these training sessions, we brief company employees and executives on how to handle current legal and tax issues, thereby proactively protecting companies from incurring damages.
